From Concept to Creation

A meticulous, client-collaborative process that guarantees accuracy at every stage — no surprises, no revisions guesswork.

1

Brief & Requirements

We collect all sketches, reference images, dimensions, material specs, and tolerances. A detailed project spec sheet is signed off before any work begins.

2

Concept Sketching & Planning

Rough 2D layouts and design intent sketches are shared for approval. We confirm scale, assembly logic, and manufacturing constraints upfront.

3

3D Modelling & Detailing

Parametric 3D models are built with full feature trees. Every hole, fillet, boss, and thread is modelled to spec — ready for simulation or toolpath generation.

4

Review & Revisions

Clients review models via shared Fusion 360 links or PDF snapshots. Up to three revision rounds are included to ensure every detail is perfect.

5

Final Export & Handoff

Deliverables in all requested formats (STEP, STL, DWG, PDF, OBJ) are packaged with a complete drawing package and manufacturing notes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from engineers, architects, and product designers before working with us.

You can provide almost anything — hand sketches, rough dimensions, photos, PDFs, or existing CAD files in any format (STEP, IGES, DWG, STL, OBJ, etc.). We accept them all. Deliverables include your requested native format (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.) plus universal exports: STEP, STL, DXF, DWG, OBJ, and a dimensioned PDF drawing sheet.
All our models are built to the tolerances specified in your brief. We follow ISO and ANSI/ASME GD&T standards and can achieve tolerances as tight as ±0.001 mm where required. Every model undergoes a dimensional verification check before delivery, and we include full GD&T annotations on engineering drawings.
Yes! Many clients start with napkin sketches or rough dimension lists. We begin with a concept sketch review call, then produce a preliminary model for approval before proceeding to full detail. If you have only a verbal description, we can produce a concept geometry first for your feedback.
Simple parts or single-component models are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. Mid-complexity assemblies (5–20 parts) take 3–5 business days. Large assemblies, complete architectural models, or animated renders are quoted with a custom timeline. Rush delivery is available with a surcharge.
Absolutely. We optimise models for the manufacturing method you specify. For 3D printing: we check minimum wall thickness, overhang angles, and export optimised STL/3MF files with print orientation guidance. For CNC: we ensure machinability (no internal sharp corners), add appropriate tolerances, and provide G-code-ready drawings.
Yes, we sign NDAs before any project discussion upon request. All design files are stored in encrypted cloud storage with access restricted to the assigned team member. You retain 100% intellectual property rights over all deliverables — we never share, reuse, or reference client designs without explicit written permission.
All standard packages include three full revision rounds after the initial delivery. Each revision cycle covers one set of consolidated feedback. Additional revision rounds beyond three are billed at an hourly rate. For longer projects, we recommend weekly interim reviews to catch feedback early and avoid late-stage rework.
